NOTICE ON STUDENT ID CARDS

ALL STUDENTS WHO INTEND TO PARTICIPATE IN THE JUNE 2026 MAIN EXAMINATIONS ARE TO NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

  1. ALL STUDENT ID CARDS PRESENTED AT THE EXAMINATION VENUE MUST BE VALID (NOT EXPIRED) AND BEAR CORRECT NAMES AND CORRECT INDEX NUMBERS.

  2. ALL REPLACEMENT REQUESTS FOR LOST/EXPIRED ID CARDS MUST BE REPORTED TO THE RECORDS OFFICE OF THE ACCRA MAIN CAMPUS FROM 10TH TO 13TH MARCH 2026 FOR THE RE-ISSUANCE FOR NEW ID CARDS.

  3. STUDENTS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF THE REPLACEMENT OF LOST AND EXPIRED ID CARDS. COST OF ID IS GHC 50 AND MUST BE PAID USING THE SCHOOL'S USSD CODE (*887*50#) OR VISIT THE SCHOOL'S ACCOUNT OFFICE.

  4. NATIONAL PHOTO ID CARDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED AS CONFIRMATION OF A STUDENT'S IDENTITY FOR ANY SCHOOL FUNCTION, INCLUDING EXAMINATIONS.

  5. STUDENTS USING SUCH ID CARDS WILL NOT BE GRANTED ACCESS TO THE EXAMINATION HALLS.

  6. AFFECTED STUDENTS ARE TO FORWARD A PASSPORT PICTURE (IN THE PRESCRIBED DRESS CODE OF THE SCHOOL), NAME, INDEX NUMBER, CAMPUS AND PHONE NUMBER TO [email protected] BY THE DEADLINE.
